Are you looking for a roofing system that will not only insulate but also waterproof your roof? Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a lightweight, seamless barrier system that improves your building’s energy costs and efficiency with a white, reflective surface. Eighty-five percent of the sun’s rays will be reflected away with the SPF roofing system, possibly saving you up to 30% in building cooling costs.
Conklin Single-ply Membrane Roofing
Are you looking for a roofing material that is highly resistant to wind and hail? This energy-saving, reflective roofing will shrink air conditioning costs and perform well in any climate.
First, a layer of suitable board stock is fastened to the roof. Next, a tear resistant membrane with overlapping seams is installed and welded carefully together. Finally, our team uses custom made trim or appropriate termination strips to secure any free edges.
We are also excited to announce our partnership with Acme Cone Company in making custom made membrane curbing. Using premade flashings makes a tighter and neater job on new and existing curbs and penetrations coming through your roof.

Every seam — areas prone to leaks — will then be fortified with fabric reinforcement tape. Finally, one of Conklin’s superior roof coatings will be sprayed on the entire roof to ensure complete protection.
Fabric Reinforced Roofing
Lightweight and durable, Conklin’s Fabric Reinforced Roofing is easy to install and strengthens your commercial roof considerably. An annual or biannual cleaning is all that is needed to keep your roof white and clean. And, years later, when it’s time to refresh your Conklin roof, a simple recoat will save you from spending thousands of dollars on a new roof. Your warranty can be renewed every time you choose a recoat. A combination of primer and Spunflex fabric will create the seamless, versatile roof coating you’ve been wanting for a long time.
